Voting Question: Where in the Everett, WA area should I move?

My husband and I, along with our 8 year old twins are moving to the Everett, WA area. So far, we have been looking at Lynnwood, Marysville and Arlington. Since I have lived in KS, in the same county, since I was 8, it is going to be a hard, but necessary move. My twins are my first priority.
