My budget is pretty low. I can't spend more than 40 bucks on the wheel itself (the tire is fine, but the wheel is bent and the guy at Tim's Bike Shop said it was too bent to true.). It is preferable that any place recommended would be within 3 or 4 blocks of a bus route. Thanks.... Read More »
